The Kenora Area
Kenora, fondly referred to as ‘Cottage Country,’ has been the backdrop for cherished family memories since the early 1900s. The City of Kenora (population: 15,661) is located two hours east of Winnipeg, MB, on the north shore of world-famous Lake of the Woods.
Savour the charm of hundreds of area lakes, waterways and rivers. The District of Kenora encompasses the quaint railway villages of Malachi, Minaki and Redditt (to the north), the ruggedly beautiful towns of Sioux Narrows and Nestor Falls (to the southeast), Vermilion Bay (to the east), and Shoal Lake, west to the Manitoba border. All the breathtaking natural beauty of cottage country is as close as your deck or dock!
Waterfront Real Estate: A Lifestyle and an Investment
Lake home, cottage, cabin, tourist camp, vacant land, condominium: choose yours and just add water!
Greg’s passion and focus is Recreational Waterfront Real Estate. He became a licensed Realtor in the Province of Ontario in 2005, and achieved his Broker designation in February, 2008. A market area that encompasses the countless lakes within the District of Kenora requires utilizing various vehicles – 4 x 4, boat, ATV, snowmobile and, when required, float plane or helicopter – to access the area’s prime recreational properties.
Greg connects buyers with the recreational property of their dreams, and help sellers capitalize on today’s real estate market. His current inventory of properties in Kenora and surrounding area includes homes, cottages, cabins, islands, and vacant waterfront land, as well as commercial tourist camps, lodges and resorts.
“We worked with him to purchase a cabin in the Kenora area. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. He took us out to the property several times in his boat and did everything in a careful, well-considered manner.”L & A buyers
